I have been a New York City Licensed Mathematics teacher at 20k223 since 1981.I have taught all levels of mathematics and technology classes using the Apple OX and Windows PC operation systems.Currently, I am the technology coach, depot manager, and I-Squad advisor for the iTeach/iLearn program, as well as a technology teacher. I have provided in depth professional development to teachers citywide and at I.S. 223. While working for the Office of Instructional Technology, I taught “Get Going with E-Chalk” , “IProject Interactive Whiteboard”, and classes on the integration of technology in the science, mathematics, English language arts, and social studies curriculums. Additionally, I am extremely experienced in preparing students for the New York State Mathematics Examination and the Mathematics Section of the Specialized High School and SAT Examinations.

Current Project
In coordination with the New York Road Runners, I am developing a Young Runners Program at I.S. 223. This is the second year of the program. We have almost 20 students registered and running, and at the last 5k run in Prospect Park, we had two parent actually running in the race.
